*Students currently taking MSUB classes do not need an alternate PIN and do not need to see their advisor prior to registering for summer classes.

Graduates and Seniors: Monday, March 18
Juniors: Tuesday, March 19
Sophomores: Wednesday, March 20
Freshmen: Thursday, March 21
Transfer Students: Monday, March 25

STEP 1
Apply to MSUB online: Apply NOW!
You must have applied for admission and have been accepted before moving on to step 2.
STEP 2
Contact the Advising Center to set up an appointment to register.

Look at your admissions checklist located in MyInfo to see what tasks have and have not been completed.
STEP 3
- Work on your New Student Checklist and stay on track.

STEP 1

You must have applied for admission or completed a readmit application before moving on to step 2.
STEP 2
Transfer students: Request official college transcripts from all previously attended colleges. To be
considered official, transcripts must be sent directly from the college to MSUB. Electronic
official transcripts can be sent to registrar@msubillings.edu.
Official printed transcripts can be mailed directly to:
MSU Billings Registrar's Office
1500 University Drive
Billings MT 59101
All official transcript must be received by MSU Billings prior to meeting with an
advisor for registration.
Returning students: If you have not attended any other college since the last time you attended MSUB – go to Step 3. If you have attended any college(s) after attending MSUB, contact those colleges to request that they send official transcripts directly to the MSU Billings Registrar's Office. Electronic official transcripts can be sent to registrar@msubillings.edu. Official printed transcripts can be mailed directly to: MSU Billings Registrar's Office - 1500 University Drive, Billings MT 59101. All official transcripts must be received by MSU Billings prior to meeting with an advisor for registration.
STEP 3
After submitting all official college transcripts contact the appropriate advising office to schedule your advising/registration appointment.
