We want you to get the most out of your campus visit, so the best time to visit is during the regular academic year. It's best to visit campus when classes are in session and students are on campus - that way you can get a feel for what life is like for a real MSUB student. Admissions will be closed on all major holidays. Please see the calendar or contact our office for this year's holidays.
You are welcome to come to campus on weekends and walk around and do a self guided tour. We do not offer guided tours on weekends.
Yes, of course!
Financial Aid does not schedule meetings, but can handle students on a walk-in basis from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Meetings with the Office of Disability Services can be requested through the campus visit request form.
We are more than happy to help you arrange any ADA accommodations you might need. Please note that requests for ADA accommodations should be made at least two weeks prior to your scheduled visit. Requests can be submitted to the Campus Visit Coordinator in the Admissions (406) 657-2888 or admissions@msubillings.edu
NCAA regulations prohibit the Office of Admissions from corresponding with Athletics on a students' behalf. Please visit the athletics website for coach contact information or contact Athletics directly at 406-657-2369 for more information.
Unfortunately, we do not have an option for prospective students to stay on campus during the school year. However, their are hotels close to campus and additional local lodging options are available online at visitbillings.com
If you need to cancel or reschedule your campus visit please give us a call at 406-657-2888 or email admissions@msubillings.edu so we can cancel your meetings and tours. We are more than happy to reschedule your visit for a more convenient date.
We welcome you to come to campus anytime. Just stop by the Admissions office in McMullen Hall and we can give you a map of campus. You can then walk around on your own and check things out. We will also give you an admissions packet that will go over the enrollment process.
