Yes, please include all known dates in your request, and we will check on availability (within 1 year). 

All external events, regardless of size or space used, will have an assigned event coordinator. Your coordinator is available for questions, advice, and any other support you may need. Depending on the complexities of your event, additional fees may be assigned for extensive on-site support during your event, but for most events, we always have a staff member available if questions arise.

You will receive a confirmation allowing you to agree to all anticipated charges for space use and other services before the event begins. The invoice will be sent via email within 14 days following the event. Any remaining balance is due within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
