Webex Assistant for Meetings is an interactive virtual meeting assistant that provides live captioning within your Webex meeting and makes meetings searchable, actionable, and more productive. When Webex Assistant is turned on, the meeting host and participants can capture meeting highlights, such as action items, with one click or a voice command, and show captions so that no one misses a word of what's being said. Additionally, you can record the meeting to get a post-meeting transcript.
Important: Webex Assistant is not enabled by default and is only available to Staff and Faculty hosts. If you'd like access to Webex Assistant, please reach out to the IT helpdesk.
