Cleaning Francois Halard
"Cleaning Francois Halard is an ongoing video performance that I started in 2015. In it I pretend to clean interiors in the book Francois Halard  by Francois Halard. His anthology of interiors and portraits of the upper milieu captivate me; specifically, what lay between the possible and impossible, the image and its potential as a space – this is where I 'enter' it by creating an illusion. "

Schwartz is an Israeli-American artist living in Seattle, WA.
