Payment Plan
The Tuition Payment Plan is a loan available for qualified applicants who are unable to make full payment of current semester tuition, fees, and /or room and board charges on regular fee payment day. This plan is available to all current students except those who have a prior term balance of more than $200, students who are in default on a Perkins/Nursing loan, or students who have a poor repayment history at Montana State University Billings.
General Instructions

Students can access the online tuition payment application by logging into MyMSUB > Billing & Payment > My Payments & Refunds. Authorized Payers can access the online tuition payment plan by logging into QuikPay.

In QuikPay choose the Payment Plan menu option and follow the prompts.

A non-refundable $50 processing fee is charged per semester in QuikPay at the time the payment plan is set up. See Registration Handbook for fee payment deadlines.

Your first payment (down payment) will be paid immediately upon payment plan set up, with the remaining installments paid monthly through the semester.

Future payments will rebalance if the students account balance increases or decreases from changes in charges due to aid/drops and/or student aid (loans, grants, scholarships).
Due Dates: payments will be automatically charged to the credit/debit card or eCheck account entered when the payment plan was created.

*Students enrolling in a payment plan will pay the $50 service fee and the ‘Required Down Payment’ plus any additional months on the specified payment dates. For Example: A student enrolling January 31st will pay $50 plus ¼ of their total bill. Then February 12th, March 12th, and April12th the plan will draw the 1/4 payments as set up. If the students account has any changes to the total balance the system may readjust the balance and will splits the remaining bill equally across any remaining payment.
