Quilters of all levels are invited to participate in MSUB’s 11th annual quilt show that will be on display from Jan. 15 through Feb. 27 in the library. The exhibit is open to anyone who wishes to share his or her favorite handmade quilt or a family heirloom. All eras, styles and sizes of quilts are accepted.

There is no entry fee to participate in the non-juried show. However, participants are encouraged to provide quilt titles, artist names and a story or history of the quilt.

Quilts may be delivered to the library beginning Dec. 15 and no later than Jan. 9.

The show is free and open to the public during the regular spring semester library hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The quilt show remains increasingly popular among staff, faculty and students. Some community groups make special trips to the library to view the show.
