MSU BILLINGS NEWS SERVICES — Billings-area residents have a chance to talk directly to lawmakers this Thursday to get an update on current activity in the 2013 Montana Legislature.

The session is a continuation of a series of technologically interactive meetings that the Yellowstone-area delegation will hold with residents during the 2013 Legislature. The meetings are coordinated by area legislators, Montana State University Billings, the City of Billings, Yellowstone County, St Vincent Healthcare, Billings Clinic, Riverstone Health, Montana Retail Association and the Billings Chamber of Commerce/ Convention Visitors Bureau.

The meeting will be Thursday, Mar. 14 at noon at the MSU Billings Downtown Campus, 214 N. Broadway. The session is free, open to the public.

The meeting will be carried through a Met-Net link between Helena and Billings. Legislators from the Yellowstone River valley and nearby counties will be linked in Helena to the MSU Billings Downtown Campus. Legislators will be available to answer questions and give insights into the session.

Future meetings are scheduled through April.

For more information on the meeting, contact University Relations at MSU Billings at 657-2269 or Bruce MacIntyre, director of government affairs at the Billings Chamber of Commerce, at 869-3723.
