Petro Theatre remains “home screen” for Big Sky All-Stars Little League World Series game

MSU BILLINGS NEWS SERVICES — Montana State University Billings will open Petro Theatre Saturday afternoon for another FREE viewing of the Big Sky All-Stars as they continue their play in the Little League World Series. The university has served as “home screen” for many local fans since the Little League World Series opened. More than 375 people attended Wednesday’s 1-0 extra-innings win over California that was shown at Petro.

 

The Big Sky team will play in the USA finals Saturday at 1 p.m. against its friendly rival Huntington Beach, Calif. The game will be televised on ESPN and shown on the big screen. Doors open at Petro Theatre at 11:30 a.m.

 

Working with university and local partners, MSU Billings has provided free viewing of the game on its 35-foot theater screen complete with refreshments. For Saturday’s game there will be popcorn and cold refreshments while they last.
