MSU Billings Student's Senior Show Features Jewelry Reflections on Human Connection to Nature

Topaz MoonMSU BILLINGS NEWS SERVICES — A series of small jewelry pieces will be featured by an MSU Billings student in her senior show “Layer upon Layer — We are All Connected” this month at Montana State University Billings.


The senior show by Barb Ray will be Feb. 11-22 in the Student Gallery on the first floor of the MSU Billings Liberal Arts Building at the university’s main campus. An opening reception for the artist is Friday, Feb. 15, from 5-7 p.m.

Ray said her artwork is inspired by the natural world and the human connection to it.


The show can be viewed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. inthe outer gallery. For more information on Ray’s senior show, contact the MSU Billings Department of Art at 657-2324.
