University ID Card

Your Montana State University Billings U-Card is your official identification card. It is available to all students, faculty and staff of MSUB.

The U-Card will also provide access to facilities, academic services, after-hour access to residence halls, meal plans, athletic facilities, and other MSUB activities across campus.

After you deposit funds into your card account, you may use the U-Card for making purchases on campus. This debit card provides the convenience of not having to carry cash to make purchases.

How can you open your U-Card account?

Complete and return the U-Card application form. The extimated amounts are provided to help you determine the amount of funds that best suits your needs.

When you arrive on campus, obtain your U-Card at the Business Operations Office located in SUB 223. Please bring a photo ID with you. Your U-Card will be ready to use after you have registered for classes.
