Undergraduate Credit Overload Form

The Undergraduate Credit Overload Form can be submitted in two ways. Pleaes choose your option.

1.  Access the Undergraduate Credit Overload Form as a fillable pdf. Once completed, save to your computer and email as an attachment to registrar@msubillings.edu.
2. Use the Docusign Powerform. The following information is required to complete the Undergraduate Credit Overload Form. Make it available before accessing the Docusign Powerform below. 
   1. Student Information (name, student ID number, major, class, cumulative GPA).
   2. Number of credits in request, term and date.
   3.  Undergraduate Credit Overload Docusign Powerform.
