To apply for DSS, log in to Accommodate using your net ID and password. Select "Accommodations" from the menu on the left, then select "Applications for Accommodations" complete the short form, be sure to hit the "Submit" button to send your request to DSS. After you have submitted the application please make an appointment with DSS to complete the process.
