Double room: $2050/semester
Single room: $2450/semester
*The Room cost includes a $75 ResNet fee, which is assessed to all students living on campus.

Residents who live in the halls for at least one semester, are enrolled in 12 credits or more, and maintain a 3.75 cumulative grade point average are eligible to receive a single room for the price of a double as an incentive for academic achievement or $150 on their general u-card if they are in a double room (See High GPA).
All students living on campus are required to purchase a meal plan each semester. Students can select from one of the meal plan choices listed below. The dining dollars can be used for coffee and other grab and go items at any Sodexo retail location (University & City College campuses). All meals in Rimrock Café are set up as all-you-care-to-eat and allow students to select from a variety of food options. Please note that meals must be used within each week. Dining dollars will carry from Fall semester to Spring, but will need to be used by the end of the Spring semester. City College students that live in the residence halls can utilize their board meals for lunch at City College.
Block meal plans listed below allow a student the freedom of having a certain number of meal to use throughout the semester. Block meals do not need to be used in a week long period, rather they are designed to allow the student to use them at their leisure. The dining dollars associated with block meal plans is the same as others, transferring from Fall to Spring, but not into the next year. Block meals can be used by guests of the student who wish to eat in the all-you-care-to-eat dining facility as well.
Although it is not an all-you-care-to-eat option, students can select from a variety of meal options during the lunch hour and utilize their meal plan rather than paying cash or using dining dollars. Please note that meals must be used within each week. Dining dollars will carry from Fall semester to Spring, but will need to be used by the end of the Spring semester.
Meal plans can be changed for the semester only through the second Friday of the semester. Meal plans can only be changed once per semester.
Platinum Block Meal Plan

Nickel Block Meal Plan (Sophomore and Above Students Only)
