MSU BILLINGS NEWS SERVICES — Dr. Mark Fenders, an assistant professor of music at Montana State University Billings, will give a trumpet recital on Tuesday, Oct. 23 at 7:30 p.m. in the Cisel Recital Hall on the MSU Billings University Campus. Admission is free and the recital is open to everyone.

 

Fenderson teaches music courses and is assistant professor of high brass at MSU Billings and is conductor of the Symphonic and Jazz Bands at the university. He is also principal trumpet of the Billings Symphony Orchestra.

 

His recital will include music by Goedicke, Hummel, Arutunian and Ewazen.  He will be collaborating with Sandi Rabas on piano.
