Mentoring

Each student is matched with either a peer or staff mentor who provides academic assistance and a friendly ear. 

 

Academic Assistance

Pre-advising, registering for classes, midterm evaluations, applying for graduation, information on graduate school and/or a 4-year degree, workshops, campus & community referrals, résumé and cover letters, references for employment

 

Computer Lab

Desktop computers and laptops are available for day-use.

 

Financial Aid & Literacy

FAFSA completion, budgeting, letter of recommendation for and help applying for scholarships, newsletters with financial tips

 

Instructional Equipment

SmartPens, iClickers, voice recorders, calculators, colored overlays, Read & Write andDragon Naturally Speaking software, webcams

 

Office Equipment

Office supplies such as binders, notebooks, pens, pencils, and more. We can also help print, copy, or scan documents.
