BILLINGS, Mont. – The 2010 edition of the Coca-Cola Montana State Billings Yellowjacket Golf Outing was a record-setting success Friday afternoon at EagleRock Golf Course in Billings. A tournament-record 30 teams participated in the annual event helping raise money for Yellowjacket athletics.
The 30 teams participated in the 1 p.m. shotgun, four person, best ball tournament format. The 120-player field also had the opportunity to compete in a number of contests on certain holes, in addition to purchasing a maximum of two mulligans per person for $10.

The par three prizes included: Calloway Irons; round trip tickets for two anywhere in the United States and $5,000 in cash.
There were two overall winning teams based on gross score and net score. The overall winning gross score team consisted of Quinn Donovan, Jerry Simpson, Broc Criswell and Al Littler who tallied an impressive 18-under 54 on the par 72 course., while the overall net scoring winning team consisted of Bryan Weiss, Yellowjacket baseball coach Chris Brown, Keith Neumiller and Travis McCullough with a 47.9 score as each person’s handicap was included in the scoring.
