Montana State Billings Cracks the Top Ten

BOZEMAN, Mont. – Montana State University Billings finished among the top 10 for men and women at the MSU Invitational, Saturday morning. The men scored 332 points to finish 10th (5 Mile race) while the women scored 300 points to place 10th (3 Mile race). The Yellowjackets remain on the road, Saturday, Sept. 27, to compete in the Montana Invitational in Missoula. The race is scheduled to start at 10:00 a.m.
For the men, Tyson Vanderby was the top finisher running 28:48 to place 59th. Rounding out the top five was Travis Hutchinson (63rd – 29:15), Taylor Canfield (66th – 29:59), Kelley Miller (71st – 30:46) and Michael Hildebrand (73rd – 31:00).
Deanna Stanley was the top Yellowjacket as she ran 19:48 to place 53rd. Rounding out the top five was Sarah Jackson (56th – 20:24), Katie Thiel (61st – 21:10), Cierra Dornfeld (64th – 21:13) and Mykel Ler (66th – 21:17).
