Military Absence/Leave Policy
Montana State University Billings works with individual students with issues related to military orders, deployment, and their related service obligations.
The Registrar, Student Accounts, and faculty work together, based on the timing of the orders, to do what is in the best interest of the individual student with regard to academic and financial implications.
Copies of orders are generally required. Please contact the Military and Veterans Success Center if you run into a conflict between your military service and MSU Billings.
