Auditions Next Week for MSU Billings Production
of 'Five Women Wearing the Same Dress'

SERVICES — AUDITIONS SET FOR MSU BILLINGS
PLAY
Auditions will be held next
week for six parts in the play “Five Women
Wearing the Same Dress,” a production scheduled
for April at Montana State University Billings.
Auditions are set for
Thursday, Jan. 17 in LA 620 (Little Theatre) on
the sixth floor of the Liberal Arts Building at
MSU Billings, from 6-8 p.m. The production and
auditions are being sponsored by the Drama
Committee of the Associated Students of Montana
State University Billings.
Parts are available for
five women and one man (age range 20-35).
Callbacks for the auditions will be announced at
a later date.
Randall Pugh, university
lecturer in the department of Communications and
Theater at MSU Billings, will direct the show
which is scheduled to be performed in mid April.
The contemporary comedy by
playwright Alan Ball portrays the relationships
and conflicts between five young women who are
bridesmaids at a society wedding in Knoxville,
Tenn. Southern accents may be required for some
parts. Ball may be best known as the creator and
producer of HBO’s popular serial drama “Six Feet
Under.”
