MSU Billings Student Webmail User Guide

The new MSU Billings Student e-mail system is available from the Internet. To access your e-mail account, go to: https://myportal.montana.edu/cp/home/displaylogin and follow the instructions below. 

Logging In:

1. Go to the Webmail login page at https://myportal.montana.edu/cp/home/displaylogin
2. Login Information
3. Go to your campus MyInfo (Banner Web) website to retrieve your MyMSU username.

Initially, your MyMSU password will be the same as your PIN for MyInfo (also known as BannerWeb) as of May 1, 2006. The first time you log in to MyMSU, you will be prompted to change your password. This password change only affects MyMSU--MyInfo's PIN will still be the same.

To change your MyMSU password again, you will log in and then click "My Account" in the top left corner. This will take you to a password reset page. To change your MyInfo PIN, you log in to MyInfo and go to Personal Information. Click on the link "Change PIN".

Note:  If you do not have a student domain login account, do not remember your password, or have questions or problems with your account, please visit the the Technology Center, COE 158, or call 247-5755.  Please have your Student ID on hand.
