'Collaborating to Create Successful Transitions' Conference

Conference Goal
Create opportunities for MSU Billings and the greater Billings community to effectively address the needs of military veterans re-entering our communities and classrooms.
Conference Objectives
Recognize possible challenges vets may encounter in re-engaging in the campus and community environment.
Describe strategies veterans can use to successfully navigate the transition from the war zone to the community and/or classroom.
Examine tactics campus and community organizations can utilize to create veteran-friendly environments.
Create opportunities for collaboration and exchange of ideas among veterans, campus and community members.
Continuing Education Credits
This conference has been approved for 7.5 hours of CEUs by the Montana Department of Labor & Industry - Montana Board of Social Work Examiners and Professional Counselors.
