Fall 2009 Final Grades are Due in
the Admissions & Records Office Wednesday, December
23, @ 12:00 Noon
Classes normally held at 4:10 on MW, WF, and MF
will hold finals during finals week at 4:10 pm. Classes normally held at 6:00 pm
or later will hold finals at their last regularly scheduled time during finals
week.

The last Friday (unless a holiday) of each session during the regularly scheduled class time has been set aside for the final exam. Please plan accordingly.
Each instructor is expected to follow the published final
examination schedule. Comprehensive semester exams are to be given only at
the time regularly scheduled for them. Finals week is included in the number
of weeks necessary to meet accreditation standards as well as to fulfill
federal financial aid guidelines. Therefore, any deviation must be with the
concurrence of the department chairperson, the Dean of the college, and with
the unanimous consent of the class.
