SMART is an educational resource center created in partnership with the Alliance for Curriculum Enhancement (ACE); Billings Public Schools, Montana Small Schools Alliance, MSU-Billings College of Education, and Region III Comprehensive Systems of Personnel Development (CSPD).

SMART is part of the Montana Professional Development Partnership project funded by the Office of Public Instruction through a Title II, State Level Activities award.
