Academic Foundations Submissions

The Deadline for submitting any new courses for Fall 2007 is February 10, 2006.

The Forms

For a new course, you need the New course form.  Note that for a new course you must supply a staffing pattern.  A new course must be approved by the UCC before being submitted to the AFC.

For all submissions you need:  the pink Academic Foundations cover sheet, an explanation of how the course fits in Academic Foundations (see supporting documents below), the Outcomes Matrix, and a syllabus.
