We serve as the police department for Montana State University Billings. We have eight sworn officers, one dispatcher and two office assistants who make up our organization. Our officers have graduated from the Montana Law Enforcement Academy and have received their police officers standards and training certification. We handle all criminal complaints and investigations occurring on university properties. In addition, we provide other services to the university which include fire safety, parking enforcement, emergency management, fire code inspections, building safety, security and workplace safety. We are a community oriented police department. We believe in treating people with professionalism and courtesy, but also with friendliness, genuine concern and a sense of humor.
