Retirees can stop by the campus police office anytime and exchange their old permit for a new one. Bring your old permit and your current license plate number. There is no charge for the exchanged permit.
New retirees/new permits: bring your license plate number and $5.00 (check or cash). Then, your annual plate update anytime after August is free of charge.
