Update – 7/8/2020
While on-campus housing room types and occupancy will remain the same, your residential experience will look different to support the health and well-being of our community. Update regarding Housing Room Placements & Pricing Structure
Housing & Residence Life was provided new guidance on June 10, 2020, that does not allow us to provide the Double Rate for students staying in a single room.
Every student who has picked a single room for the fall 2020 semester has been emailed to notify them of the updated changes. Students are provided the following two options in regards to this new guidance.
Option 1 – Keep the fall 2020 current room as a single. Students who decide this option will see a $392 increase for the fall semester.
Option 2 – Students can revert their single room to a double room. With a double room, we will pair up confirmed roommates first. With this option, students may be moved from their selected room to ensure they are in a room with another student.
