Some information on this site
is made available in the PDF (Portable Document Format) file format.
PDF files can be displayed, printed, and saved with the
Adobe®
Acrobat Reader software, which is freely available
for most computer platforms (PC, Macintosh, and Unix). Acrobat Reader
can open PDF files within your web browser or as a standalone program.
You can download the Adobe Acrobat
Reader for free at Adobe's web site. Follow the instructions at
the Adobe web site to save the program to your computer; then locate
the downloaded file and double-click on it to begin installation.
Click the button or text
below to begin downloading the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Adobe Acrobat files can also
converted to plain text or HTML for use with screen readers for
the visually impaired. See http://access.adobe.com/
for more information on this service provided by Adobe.

like the one shown below.

are: Save a Copy of the File, Print, Show/Hide Navigation
Pane, Copy, Hand Tool, Zoom In Tool, Text Select Tool,

Next, Actual Size, Fit in Window, Fit Width, Find, Find Again.
