The primary purpose of the Multicultural Student Services is to
recruit, assist, and retain American Indians and other ethnic minorities
pursuing a higher education
This mission is accomplished through campus services that
provide academic and support services to students while encouraging their
individuality, social/cultural, and emotional growth. Also, as advocate
for minority students, the program staff acts to improve the understanding and
commitment of the institution and the community to campus diversity.
