Union’s Missouri Room. Represented were the Chancellor, Provost/Academic Vice Chancellor, Administrative Vice Chancellor,
Chief Information Officer, and University Relations.
Advisory – Met on February 14, 2000 in the Student Union’s
Missouri Room. Represented
were the Campus Campaign Liaison
Officer, MSUB Foundation, Local Executive Board, and the MSUB Alumni
Association.
Campus Support – Met on February 14, 2000 in the Student Union’s
Missouri Room. Represented
were the Maintenance Supervisor, Custodial Supervisor, Campus
Police Chief, Network Manager, Book Depot Manager, Student Union and
Activities Director, and the Director of Business Services.
University Support Staff – Met on February 15, 2000 in the Student
Union’s Administrative Conference Room. Represented were the Colleges of Business, Education and Human
Services, Arts and Sciences, Professional Practices and Life-Long
Learning, Technology, Facilities Services, Financial Services, Business
Services, and Student Union and Activities.
Student Services – Met on February 15, 2000 in the Student
Union’s Administrative Conference Room. Represented were Financial Aid and Scholarships, Disability
Support Services, Multicultural
Student Services, Student Opportunity Services, Admissions
and Records, Career Services and
Cooperative Education, Upward Bound, and Advisement and Support
Center.
Academia – Met on February 15, 2000 in the Student Union’s
Missouri Room. Represented
were the College of Education and Human Services, College of Arts and
Sciences, MSU Billings Faculty Association, College of Business,
College of Technology, College of Professional Studies and Life Long
Learning, Athletics, and the Library.
Campus Housing – Met on February 16, 2000 in the Student Union’s
Missouri Room. Represented were the Residential Life and
Orientation Director, Petro Hall Director, Rimrock Hall Director,
Administrative Support, residents of the dormitories and family housing,
and students living off-campus.
Students – Met on February 16, 2000 in the Student Union’s Missouri Room. Represented were the ASMSU-Billings
President and Vice President, student
accessibility representative, student body members at large,
foreign student representatives, and Native American students.
Faculty – Met on February 16, 2000 in the Student Union’s Missouri Room. Represented were the Colleges of Business, Education and Human
Services, Arts and Sciences, Professional Practices
and Life Long Learning, and Technology.
Community – Met on February 17, 2000 in the Student Union’s Missouri Room. Represented were the City
Administrator, City Public Works Department, Yellowstone County
Commission, County Planning Department, Billings City Council, Big Sky
Economic Development Authority, and local State legislators.
Neighborhood – Met on February 17, 2000 in the Student Union’s Missouri Room. Represented were the North Park Neighborhood Task Force, the
North Elevation Neighborhood Task Force, Saint Vincent Hospital, Rimrock
Foundation, Deaconess Medical Center, Downtown Business Association,
Yellowstone Art Center, Juniper Inn, and local residential neighbors.
College
of Arts and Sciences – Met on March 7, 2000 in the Liberal
Arts Building. Represented
were faculty members from the College of Arts and Science
MSU-Billings Staff – Met on March 9, 2000 in the Student Union
Building. All non-teaching
staff employed by the University were asked to attend.
Student Government – Met on March 9, 2000 in the Student
Union’s Missouri Room. Represented were members of the
MSU-Billings student government.
College
Technology – Met on March 9, 2000 at the College of Technology. Issues and needs specific to the College of Technology
and its relationship to the East Campus were discussed.
College
of Business – Met on March 10, 2000 at the College of Business. Represented were all aspects of the College of Business.
