Most library materials in the MSU-Billings Library circulate, with the exception of reference books and special collection materials. Materials not returned to the library by the end of the semester are charged to the borrower.
Students, Faculty and Staff must have their U-Card to check out materials, and guests
must bring their courtesy borrower card.
