I THINK Camps:
I THINK camps offer a one-of-a-kind opportunity to be immersed in an environment that encourages advanced thinking, creative problem-solving, and independent thinking while in a social setting. Students will be required to demonstrate academic abilities by submitting a copy of their report card evidencing a 3.0 GPA or equivalent as well as a letter of recommendation (or Teacher I THINK Camp Form) from a school instructor. Be sure to tell us which camp(s) your child wants to register for! Registration cannot occur until these items have first been approved. These camps are specifically designed for those students who are above average in the classroom.
Send or deliver all completed I THINK Camp information to:
MSUB I THINK Camps

Parents must submit their child’s information before being able to register online for an I THINK camp. As soon as your child’s information has been received and approved, you will receive the link to register your child online.
MSUB’s Kids on Campus, I THINK Camps, and the Young Scholars Summer Series are fun, safe, educational ways for youth and young adults to spend the summer months.
Why choose a summer youth program for your child? Here are just a few reasons:
- Programs take place on MSUB main campus, MSUB Extended Campus (downtown), or at City College, so students experience what it’s like to be on a college campus.
- All of our summer programs are taught by K-12 educators or MSUB faculty members. They are highly qualified, professional educators who are experts in their fields.
- Each program is geared toward specific ages that are educationally relevant; they are academics-based, but fun, so your children continue learning throughout the summer.
Cancellations, Transfers, and Refunds
In the event that a summer program does not meet the minimum number of participants, it will be cancelled and parents will be called at least 5 (five) days prior to the start of the camp. In the event a camp is cancelled, a full refund will be given or the fee can be transferred to pay for a different camp. We purchase supplies and hire staff according to enrollment, so if you must cancel your child’s registration, you will receive a full refund if it is cancelled 5 (five) business days prior to the starting date of a summer camp. After this date there will be no refunds. Cancellations must be called in and cannot be emailed.
