Navigating Activity Insight

The navigation bar on the top of the screen is on all Activity Insight screens and contains the basic navigation links. The navigation bar will contain at least two utilities, Activities and Reports. You may have other utilities depending on your role. Additionally, there is a ? icon that gives you the ability to ask the Activity Insight administrators questions or make suggestions.

Activities: Add or update information about your activities.

 

Reports: Run reports about your activities or the activities of your department, college, or university (Some reports require additional security permissions to run them).

 

Help: Submit suggestions on how to improve the system, questions about use of the system, or report system errors.

 

Click on Activities or Reports to learn more about each utility.
