learning-centered environment. DESCRIPTION: The Training Coordinator for the “Energy for Tomorrow” – Energy Workforce Training Center Grant will provide training and logistical coordination for workforce training courses, learning initiatives, and training recommendations in specific disciplines.

Ø
Associate’s degree (related field
preferred) with three years current, relevant experience or combination
of education and experience.
Ø
Knowledge and
familiarity with training and educational environments.
Ø
Experience in
coordinating and evaluating workforce training programs.
Ø
Strong ability to communicate both oral
and written.
Ø
Knowledge and
familiarity of energy and bio-product industry.
PREFERRED:
Ø
Bachelor’s degree with three years
relevant experience in coordinating training programs. Ø Recent energy industry and bio-product industry experience. Ø Teaching experience and curricular design experience.
Ø
Demonstrated project management skills
and experience.
Ø
Existing relationships and partnerships
with Montana/Regional energy industries, associations, labor, and/or
State Department of Labor and Industry Apprenticeship Programs.
Ø
Experience in delivery of mobile training
programs.
Ø
Experience with Career Clusters and
