Northcutt Steele Gallery
October 22–November 10, 2017
Reception: Thursday, Oct. 26, 5-7pm
Abandoned buildings and the stories within attract artist Amy Mason with their suggestions of discarded memories. Mason photographs abandoned American homes, leaving the locations as she finds them and intentionally searching for compositions that suggest a frozen, poetic moment.
Amy Mason will graduate in fall of 2017 with a BFA in Studio Art. Mason has served as a gallery assistant and studio technician.
