What do you love about Montana?
Summer is the best kept secret in Montana. Because the weather is beautiful you can float the river, spend a day exploring a ghost town, enjoy huckleberry ice cream or pie, eat at an outside café or whatever else good weather brings.
My best advice to future Yellowjackets would be:
Especially if you are away from home, find somebody that you can trust to be your confidant, someone who will be your champion when you are down, and will celebrate when you succeed.
Favorite place to hang out in Billings?
The Babcock Theater and Art House cinema bring great movies and documentaries that are not on wide release. I especially love the Babcock because it is an old school movie theater that if its walls could talk they would share many interesting memories. Brockel’s Chocolates is a great place for some amazing chocolate or a caramel apple, and Montana Vintage Clothing always has something I want to buy.
What do you love most about MSU Billings?
I love that campus is tucked away next to the rims, but it is in the largest city in Montana. There is so much to do both on and off campus that usually my hardest decision is how to spend my time!
