Future Students - College of Technology COMPASS Test & Registration Sign Up

Students have two options for their COMPASS/Registration Session which are outlined below.

Option 1: College of Technology Half-Day Session

(Students selecting this option will also attend a Half-day Orientation session later in the Summer)

Meet with an Academic Advisor and register for classes
Get your University ID card

Option 2: College of Technology & Main Campus Combined Overnight Session

(Two-day Orientation with overnight experience in the residence halls)

Tour the University and College of Technology Campus (optional)
Stay overnight (mandatory) in the residence halls
Participate in student life activities
Meet with an academic advisor and register for classes
Get your University ID Card

If you are a COT student planning on living in the residence halls for Fall 2012 we highly encourage you to attend an Overnight Orientation Session.

Please complete the following form to the best of your ability. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.

All new students must take the COMPASS placement test prior to their Registration Session. Results of this test will be used to place students in the most appropriate English, mathematics, and reading courses. The test is not timed and you may bring a calculator. If you would like to schedule a remote COMPASS test, or if your schedule does not allow you to attend the dates below, please call (406) 247-3007.
