Kay Hardy '65 and her spouse, Les, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family trip to Phoenix, Ariz.  The Hardy's have two children and five grandchildren.

Rodney Fink '68 of Columbus, MT was recently appointed to the Board of Sanitarians by Gov. Brian Schweitzer.

Elaine Bankston '69 was one of the 2009 Golden Apple Award winners.  She is a behavioral specialist at Boulder Elementary in Billings.

Larry Tompkins '70 has joined Western Security Bank in Billings as a consumer lender.  He has more than 19 years of banking experience, most recently with Summit Credit Union.

Minnie Fitzpatrick '74 and her husband, Michael, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a ceremony and reception at the Crow Agency Baptist Church.  Minnie was an elementary school teacher and Bureau of Indian Affairs employee and Michael worked for the Indian Health Service before they retired.  They have 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Marion Coleman '78 and his wife, Rose, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner at the Wingate Inn in Billings.  Marion is retired from the US Postal Service and Rose from the Billings Clinic.  They have four children and seven grandchildren.

Jim Ekness '80 a package car driver for UPS in Billings was recently recognized by the company for completing 25 years without an accident.  

Tawna Robinson '93 was one of the 2009 Golden Apple Award winners.  She teaches fourth grade at Orchard Elementary in Billings.

Justin Engle '95 was one of the 2009 Golden Apple Award winners.  He teaches music at Castle Rock Middle School in Billings.

Lisa Jensen '99 financial consultant with D.A. Davidson in Billings has earned the Certified Financial Planner certification.  She has been with the firm since 2000 and had previous experience at Prudential Preferred Financial Services in Billings.

Julie Degner '00 a financial advisor with Edward Jones in Billings has been named to the 2009 edition of Guide to America's Top Financial Planners.  The selection process is based on a point value system that awards points for education, years in practice and affiliation with professional associations.

Cindy Welch '00 was one of the 2009 Golden Apple Award winners.  She teaches 6th grade at Meadowlark Elementary in Billings.

Miranda Zugg '02 has joined MasterLube in Billings as director of communications and community service.  She will assist with MasterLube's outreach to the community and web site development.  Miranda brings previous work experience in advertising and event coordinating.

Matthew O'Brien '04 continued his education through Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science and in May passed the national and Montana state board exams.  He is now a licensed funeral director with Dahl Funeral Chapel in Billings.

Russell Rice '04 has joined the tax department in the Billings office of Eide Bailly LLP.

Amanda Goertz '08 has joined the tax department in the Billings office of Eide Bailly LLP.

Kayleen Masters '08 has joined the tax department in the Billings office of Eide Bailly LLP.

Joey Traywick '08 was a recipient of the Billings Clinic Employee Excellence Award given for exceeding expectations in the work place.  Joey is an LPN with nursing resources at the Clinic.
