Welcome to Payroll Services
At Montana State University Billings, the payroll office produces a biweekly payroll for approximately 1,000 permanent, student and part-time employees. Payroll is responsible for processing hiring authorization forms; setting up and maintaining employee jobs; monitoring the electronic timesheet system; distribution of direct deposits and payroll warrants; and remittances of all payroll related vendor payments including taxes, retirement and insurance reporting.

2020 Montana Minimum Wage Increase
The Montana minimum wage will increase from $8.50 per hour to $8.65 per hour beginning January 1, 2020.
2018 W-2 Forms
The 2018 Form W-2s are now available online and can be viewed on MyInfo. To view the form online, sign in to MyInfo; click on the Employee Services tab; click Tax Forms; click W-2 Year End Earnings Statements; then select the tax year 2018; and click Display.
W-2 forms will be mailed to your home address unless you gave prior consent to receive the form electronically only. If you are unsure if you consented to online form only, further information on electronic W-2 consent can be found through MyInfo under Employee Services, Tax Forms, Electronic W2 Consent.
