If you are a CURRENT student and have signed
a MPN for a Federal Staffor Loan disbursed to you while at MSU Billings, DO NOT PROCEED. You do not need to complete
another MPN.
Stafford Loan Processing
To electronically process your Federal Stafford loan at MSU Billings,
you must be able to answer YES to ALL of the following questions:

Are you a first-time loan borrower at MSU Billings?

Were you awarded a Federal Stafford student loan, which
you accepted on your award offer?

Do you have a federal PIN number? If not, go to http://pin.ed.gov/ and sign up for a PIN number. You will use this as your
electronic signature.

Have you completed Loan Entrance Counseling? If not,
