September 20:  MSU-Billings College Fair | SENIORS  | MSU Billings, Alterowitz Gymnasium                    Please attend this important event to gather college information.  Sign- up with your high school counseling center.

September 27:  Seniors and their Parents Meeting | 6:30pm - 8:00pm Academic Support Center MSUB campus
This is a must for parents of seniors in UB and ETS.  This meeting will layout a college timeline of what needs to be done this year.  It will be a great time to ask a lot of questions you have as well.

October 4:  College Prep 101 |  10th-12th  Grades Only | 7:00pm MSU-B  College of Education Room 427
MSU-B New Student Services will assist you and your family with the process of beginning the college search.  A financial aid session will also be provided. 

October 20:  EXPLORE TEST | 8th & 9th Grades Only | 9:00am - 12:00pm Academic Support Center
This is a great precursor to the ACT test you will take to get into college.  It will also provide useful career information. 

October 20:  MSU-Billings College Tour | 7th through 9th Grades Only | Lewis & Clark room in the SUB at the MSU-B campus
Come tour the MSU-Billings campus and see all that it has to offer.  8th & 9th grade students taking the EXPLORE can also jump in on this tour after the test and will be provided lunch from 12-12:45pm.   Tour will take place from 1-2pm.

October 21: College Tour | Juniors and Seniors | Meeting times and location TBA 
Three tours available:  Rocky Mountain College, MSU-Billings, & MSU -Bozeman.  You will explore various programs, sample classes and learn about financial aid.  MSU-Bozeman has limited space and is open only to Seniors seriously considering   Bozeman. 

October 21: Preview Day | Juniors and Seniors |Register for Preview Day with New Student Services, 657-2888.
Seniors during Preview Day, you will have the opportunity to tour the campus, meet with current students, attend a luncheon with faculty and staff, and learn about all of the programs and services offered at MSU Billings and the
College of Technology.  MSU-Billings 10:30 am - 3:30 pm | COT 9:00 am - 3:30 pm.

October 29:   Moss Mansion Service Saturday | All Students  | 9:00am - 12:00pm Lewis and Clark room in the SUB at MSU-B
Volunteering not only makes you feel great, it looks great on your academic resume! Join us in making Christmas ornaments that will be displayed in the Moss Mansion. 

October 31:  Halloween Food Drive | All Students  | 5:00pm - 7:00pm | Limit 30 Students| Meet at Cisel Hall by 4:45pm
Come help the MSU-Billings campus collect food from surrounding neighborhoods.  This will benefit the Food Bank.  Feel free to wear a Halloween costume!!

November 19: Flakesgiving Service Saturday |All Students |Time to be announced Shrine Auditorium 
Come help  give out prepared boxed meals to people picking them up. 

December 15: Holiday Giving Party | All Students  |  6:30pm Lewis & Clark room in the SUB at the MSUB campus
Holiday party for UB and ETS Students.  Please bring a new article of children’s clothing to donate for Toys for Tots.  Ex: underwear, mittens, hats, socks, etc.

December Toys for Tots Service | All Students | Day, Time, and Location to be announced
Come help make Christmas special for those in need.  We will sort and pick out toys to go to families. 

January 10:  Seniors and their Parents College follow-up meeting | 6:30pm - 8pm Academic Support Center MSU-Billings campus.  Follow up meeting to check progress of our Seniors.  Important financial aid will also be provided.  Don’t miss it!

January 10:  ACT Prep | Open to Juniors | 6:30pm - 8pm Academic Support Center MSU-Billings campus
All Juniors should take the ACT in the spring of this year.  Your scores can affect college admissions and scholarships.  We will help you begin to prepare for this test.
