Desire2Learn - Real Media Issues

If your course is using Real Media and you are having troubles, please try the following:

1. Download the newest version of Real Player. You can find it at http://forms.real.com/real/player/download.html?type=rp11_us&rppr=realcom.

2. If you have downloaded the newest version of Real Player, try "undocking" the audio. You can do this with the following steps:

   1. When you are in the Content Area and on the audio item

      
      Undock the audio item using this button.

      
   2. Download the audio item by clicking on the yellow bar at the top of your browser.
      

      

   3. It will download.

      

   4. Then play the file in Real Player
