Desire2Learn - Discussions

1. To get to your class Discussions:

   • Click on a link in the "Table of Contents" (in "Content") in your course.

   • Or click on "Discussions" in the NavBar (Yellow Bar, top of the page)

     

2. If you used a link in the "Table of Contents," skip to step 3. If you clicked on "Discussions" in the NavBar you will see a list of discussions. Click on the appropriate discussion. If will have a white background. For example, to enter the discussion below, click on "Prof. Wonka's Office."

   

3. Now you should see the actual discussion. Click on "Compose" to respond.

   

4. Fill out the fields in the Pop-up that will appear, then click on "Post" in the lower-right-hand corner of the screen.

   

5. If your fellow students have already responded to your instructor, you will see links to their responses below the introductory text.
