About Email

The Email tool allows you to send email from within Learning Environment. You can also organize received mail using folders and store email addresses.

Note: D2L email is completely internal, meaning that email cannot be sent out of the system. Make sure to specify in your course syllabus which email address you wish your students to use.

Access the Email tool

Click the Email link on your course navigation bar.
