Deactivating/reactivating activity descriptions

Within an org unit you can deactivate (hide) activity descriptions, and reactivate activity descriptions. This function isn't available at the org-level.

Deactivate/reactivate activity descriptions

Click Deactivate in the context menu beside the activity description you want to deactivate.

Click Activate in the context menu beside the activity description you want to reactivate.

Editing activity descriptions

You can only edit activity descriptions that you've created. You can copy system activity descriptions and edit those copies, but you cannot edit system activity descriptions directly.

You cannot edit activity descriptions created in a parent org unit or at the org level when you are within a child org unit.

Edit an activity description

Click Edit in the context menu beside the activity description's name you want to edit.
Edit the fields you want to change, then click Save.

Deleting activity descriptions

You can only delete activity descriptions that you've created. You can deactivate (hide) activity descriptions owned by the system, but you cannot delete them.

You cannot delete activity descriptions created in a parent org unit or at the org-level when you are within a child org unit.

Delete an activity description

Click Delete in the context menu beside the activity description you want to delete.
