QuickBooks-Getting Started

The more you know QuickBooks the sooner you realize: proper set-up is key to reducing costly, time-consuming errors, incorrect results and lots of frustration. This course teaches you how to start off right, navigate QuickBooks easily, perform essential accounting tasks with confidence, and avoid the errors new users often make.  Great if you have little or no experience with QuickBooks, or you'd like to start at the beginning and take a concentrated session for the day.  It is recommended you also take QuickBooks Intermediate in the afternoon.

QuickBooks-Intermediate

QuickBooks Intermediate is designed for those who want to learn how to use some of the more advanced features available in QuickBooks.  The class covers in-depth material on using accounts receivable and accounts payable, memorizing reports, creating and using budgets, using loan manager, and the basics of modifying templates.  Good for those who take the morning "QuickBooks Getting Started" session.

QuickBooks-Payroll

Save money by processing payroll in-house.  Learn how to set up employees, payroll items, and choose payroll defaults.   We will prepare payroll checks and the related federal and state payroll liability checks.  Keep track of vacation and sick leave.  The class  also covers how to prepare computer generated federal quarterly reports and year end reports.  This is a great follow-up for those taking Getting Started and/or Intermediate sessions.
