Diverse Student & Family Day

Diverse Student and Family Day will be on September 4th after the New Student Day events. We invite you and your family to participate in an afternoon that will offer you the opportunity to gain full access to the staff of the Diversity Center and American Indian Outreach Office. We will share tips on how to be successful from your first semester through graduation, how to be connected and included, and how to overcome obstacles.
College is not a journey that students take alone. Family plays an important role in a student’s success. We will share helpful ways that parents and family members can offer the support needed to help students succeed.
We are excited to meet you and your family at Diverse Student and Family Day! Please RSPV by Friday, August 31st, 2012. Please note- We would love to meet the family support for our students. However, if scheduling conflicts do not allow family members to attend, we strongly encourage students to still participate.
