Rimrock Cafe

Located in the Student Union Building and featuring an array of foods all in one location. It's fast, easy and friendly environment will get you fueled up and on your way.

Featuring a wide variety of fresh food designed to satisfy everyone's appetite with food choices to rival your favorite restaurants:

Breakfast
Features a full hot breakfast buffet each morning or choose from a selection of breakfast burritos, english muffin sandwiches, bakery specials, fruit and yogurt bar and a wide selection of beverages.

Lunch

• The Grille: All your favorite grilled sandwiches and burgers
• Tossed to Order Salads: Fresh made-to-order entrée salads
• Pizza: Hand-made pepperoni, cheese and specialty pizzas

This location features City Brew Coffee, Simply-to-Go, and a selection of bottled beverages. This convenient location also includes Pizza, Hot Dogs, Pretzels, and Nachos.

This coffee shop features City Brew Coffee, espresso drinks, Island Oasis smoothies, Simply-to-Go, assorted beverages, and a variety of convenient snacks.

Our convenient service at the COT includes Beverages, Simply-to-Go, Continental Breakfast, Grill, Hot Lunch Specials, Pizza, Homemade Soup, and fresh bakery selections. Also use your meal plan for lunch only.

Stingers COT

This location features City Brew Coffee, espresso drinks, Island Oasis smoothies, Simply to Go, assorted beverages, and a variety of convenient snacks.

Stingers West

This coffee cart in the commons of the Health Sciences building at COT features City Brew Coffee, espresso drinks, assorted beverages, and convenient snacks.
