Montana Association for the Education of Young Children
(MtAEYC)
MtAEYC exists for the purpose of leading and
consolidating the efforts of individuals and groups
working to achieve healthy development and constructive
education for all young children. Primary attention is
devoted to assuring the provision of high-quality early
childhood programs for young children.
Montana Behavioral Initiative (MBI)
This web site includes information on MBI's mission,
components and goals, research, resources, training,
materials, and how to become an MBI school.
Montana Council for Exceptional children (CEC)
This web site includes information on CEC's vision and
beliefs, board of directors, training opportunities,
awards, and a newsletter.
Montana Early Childhood Project
The Early Childhood Project is dedicated to improving
the quality of programs and services for Montana's young
children and their families. The ECP is housed at
Montana State University-Bozeman in the Department of
Health and Human Development. The ECP manages the
Montana Practitioner Registry data base, conducts
research, identifies training and education gaps,
approves training for State licensing requirements, and
develops new opportunities for learning.
